Designing custom safety guards typically requires a dimensional survey at the client’s facility.
With all the necessary data in hand, our engineers were able to create safety guards perfectly tailored to the machine posing risks to workers.

Once the concept was drawn up by our industrial designers, the manufacturing of safety guards could begin.
MANUFACTURING AND INSTALLATION OF MACHINE SAFETY GUARDS
To craft robust safety guards with precise dimensions down to the millimeter, we relied on the expertise of our machinists and welders, along with state-of-the-art equipment. Techniques such as laser cutting, plasma cutting, and metal bending were used to create the components of the guards.
Once the elements were assembled, we dispatched the safety guards and our mobile installation team to the customer’s location. In doing so, the customer was able not only to ensure the impeccable quality of the safety guards’ manufacturing but also their professional installation.
